Northwood response time

I sent an email information request, leaving the "immediate contact" checked (default).
I got a return phone call in less than 2 minutes. I wasn't remotely expecting that kind of response time, but it is nice to know.

Thanks for the SUPER response time from Northwood.

As someone must have dropped what they were doing, I will also uncheck that box next time if it isn't urgent.
